One week down!
I haven't exercised yet, so that is my goal this
next week is to incorporate that into my routine.
The eating part has not been bad at all.
I think the hardest thing for me is cooking for Liv and Joe.
If it were up to me I would eat the same thing for dinner for a couple of nights in a row.
But that's not an option.
So I have been trying to find some healthy alternatives to our everyday menu.
So the total weight loss for the week is 13 lbs!
Not to shabby :)
I knew I would have a big number the first week.
I know it's a long journey, but I'm off to a great start!
